The OCD & Anxiety Center does not participate with any insurances. All intensives will be billed directly to the client. A superbill will be provided for submission to your insurance as you may be able to receive some reimbursement.
Payments for intensives can be made through use of cash, credit card, or check. At the time of booking a deposit of 50% is required to hold your appointment slot. The balance will be due 48 hours prior to the appointment. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours notice will be charged a 25% fee.
